West Philadelphia Apartments Rehab (2009):

We have rehabbed a complete shell in West Philadelphia into a beautiful 4-unit apartment building.  We handled everything from plans, permits, demolition and clean out, until the units are in complete move in condition.  Click here to see the flyer our clients made to advertise their units after completion.

North Philly Shell Rehab (2008):

Our client purchased a 3 story shell in North Philadelphia, close to Temple University.  It was a 1800 sq ft shell where the back has fallen off the building.  We helped our client convert it into a 5 bedroom 2 bath property for student housing.

This house was in the Mayfair section of Northeast Philadelphia.  The work we did includes remodeling the kitchen, put down new hardwood floors, and fresh paint.
